Our collaboration with Spark by Hilton focused on creating guestrooms that feel inviting and easy to settle into. From arrival to daily use, the goal was to design spaces that support how guests actually experience the room, prioritizing comfort and practicality throughout.

A Collaborative Process
Having worked with the ownership of this hotel over many years, there was a shared understanding and trust that helped guide decisions as the design took form. Discussions focused on how guests move through the space, what they interact with most, and what helps the room feel thoughtful and welcoming.

Spark by Hilton Guestroom Drapery
Guestrooms Built Around Comfort and Ease
Lutex Design provided the guestroom furniture, drapery, and bathroom vanities. The scope included the full range of guestroom types, with layouts and furnishings adjusted to suit different room sizes while maintaining a cohesive look throughout the hotel. Working closely with ownership, we elevated a few key specifications where it made sense. Stone quartz countertops at the desk area and bedside tables, along with in room safes, were added to support durability and everyday convenience for guests. Furniture layouts were kept open and intuitive, making it easy for guests to rest or work during their stay, while drapery supports privacy and light control and helps soften the room.

Spark by Hilton Bed Side Table and Desk Area
Thoughtful Details That Last
Lounge seating includes chairs with floor lamps and side tables, creating relaxed areas for reading or downtime. Some guestrooms feature table and chair groupings, while others include sectional sofas that convert into sofa beds for added sleeping capacity. Benches and stools were incorporated where appropriate, responding to different room layouts and needs. Custom bathroom vanities paired with LED mirrors were selected to support everyday routines and keep the space clean and uncluttered.

Across the guestrooms, materials were chosen with long term performance in mind. The focus remained on durability and finishes that continue to look good over time, resulting in spaces that feel easy to live in and suited to the realities of hospitality use.
