Inside the Embassy Suites by Hiton: Floor by Floor

Embassy Suites by Hilton downtown Montreal is the kind of property that sets the tone the moment you walk in. Rich, warm, and a little dramatic in the best way. We were brought in to furnish pretty much everything, and it was a project we genuinely loved being part of.

The Guestrooms

The hotel has a mix of standard rooms and full suite-style accommodations, some with separate living areas, dining spaces, and kitchens that feel closer to an apartment than a hotel room. We furnished all of it: beds and frames, bedside tables, desks, living and dining furniture, shelving, and bathroom vanities. Some rooms even had structural columns in the bedroom area, so we custom-fit the furniture around them to make everything feel intentional and cohesive.

Every guestroom also received custom blackout drapery and sheers, giving guests full control over light and privacy while softening the space beautifully in the process.

The Lobby

The lobby is moody and inviting, exactly the kind of space that makes a great first impression. We supplied all the seating, lighting, and even the planters. Those layered details are what make a lobby feel like somewhere you actually want to hang out rather than just pass through.

The Restaurant

The restaurant carries the same warm, elevated energy as the rest of the hotel. We outfitted the full dining room with tables, chairs, and bar stools, and the bar itself is something special. It is the kind of spot that makes you want to order another drink just to stay in the atmosphere a little longer.

How We Got It Done

A project this size does not happen all at once. We worked floor by floor, which kept things organized and allowed us to stay closely in sync with the client throughout. That relationship mattered. Regular check-ins, open communication, and making sure everyone was aligned at every stage made a real difference in how smoothly things moved.

Once each floor was installed, we completed on-site inspections to walk through everything ourselves. If something needed adjusting, whether a fit that was not quite right or a finish that needed attention, we caught it and sorted it out on the spot. That troubleshooting step is something we take seriously, because delivering a space that looks great in a photo is one thing, but delivering one that is actually right in person is what counts.
